The BMI calculator runs entirely in your browser. Height and weight entered into the calculator are not sent to WeightGuide.eu.

The site stores your explicit language preference in local browser storage. To suggest the most relevant language, the site can request a two-letter country code from the hosting edge endpoint /api/geo. The page script does not need your precise IP address; the hosting provider necessarily processes the network request as part of serving the site.

If the geo endpoint is unavailable, the site falls back to your browser language. Language detection is used to offer a language switch, not to hide content from search engines.

When you follow an affiliate link, you leave WeightGuide.eu for an independent third party. Further data processing is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy information.
